Bill's knowledge and experience span Human Capital Programs, Human Resources (HR) Strategy, HR Program Evaluation, Research and Development, and Metrics, Executive and Management Coaching, Leadership Assessment and Development, Position Classification and Compensation, Organizational and Team Trust, Culture Change, Strategic Planning, Employee Engagement, and Benefits in the public (Federal and local government), private (including banking) and nonprofit sectors.
He leads his own human capital consulting and coaching company, WW Consulting, Inc., as President and Principal, is a Founding Partner of Triscendance LLC, and has served in numerous, progressively-responsible leadership, management, and consulting positions in the public and private sectors.
Bill is a graduate of Newfield Network’s Coaching Program and has served on the Advisory Board for the former Human Resources Institute (HRI) in St. Petersburg, Florida, and later the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp).
His publication contributions include: "Trust, Inc.: Strategies for Building Your Company's Most Valuable Asset" essay on "Practicing Trustworthy Behaviors" (Trust Across America 2013), "Leadership: Helping Others to Succeed" chapter on "Leadership Behaviors that Promote Individual and Organizational Success" (Insight Publishing 2012), “Financial Regulatory Agencies Office of Minority and Women Inclusion (OMWI)” White Paper, co-authored with Booz Allen Hamilton on the Dodd-Frank financial reform legislation (2011), and chapter for “The Routledge Companion to International Business Coaching” guidebook co-authored with Newfield Network (2010).
