My career has spanned over nine years with specialized experience in the financial technology industry. I am currently working as a Senior Project Manager at Q2, where I manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead them to completion. I work closely with teams located globally and deliver our Salesforce based solution for the financial and technology institutions. I am always eager to learn new technologies and stay abreast with the latest industry developments.
Prior to this, I worked as a Professional Services Consultant for FIS, directly consulting hedge funds and investment banks for the implementation of a proprietary portfolio-keeping risk management tool (Front Arena Program).
I directly work with clients and cross-functional teams, including sales, infrastructure, engineering, professional services and support, from inception to post-launch.
Some of my skills include:
✔ Client and stakeholder relationship management, including translating issues in non-technical terms
✔ Project and program management, leading multiple projects under tight deadlines
✔ Requirements and scope analysis, translating to solution design with estimates and acceptance criteria
✔ Product and process gap analysis, influencing priorities of cross-functional roadmaps
✔ Proficient in project tracking tools like Kanban, JIRA, Excel, MS Office and Confluence.
✔ Readily adapt to new technologies; exposure to Salesforce.
Simultaneous to growing in my role and responsibilities, I obtained a Master’s degree in Quantitative Finance from Rutgers Business School. Though I am passionate about financial technology, I also enjoy playing poker. Outside the office, I enjoy moon photography and wildlife photography.
