I am a seasoned Software Engineer with over 20+ years experience in various industries such as non-profit, behavioral medical, e-commerce and financial. My skills stack has always involved project management, agile methodologies, SQL Server, and C#, with designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining integrated and automated software systems. I have been directly involved with building teams of developers and communications between upper management and other associated teams within an organization extracting and defining requirements and ensuring quality systems. At the Fortune Society, my last project involving a criminal justice NYC Mayor's Office contract increased both the capacity of clients and staff by 20%, I was directly responsible for managing and assisting in the migration of data between CRM systems and EHR systems, while increasing the bidirectional communications and data synchronization between them. When starting at the Fortune Society, we only had a development staff of 4 including myself. I was both involved with hiring, managing, mentoring and grooming the staff size to approximately 12-15.
