It's very selfish when people won't mask. I understand that people get bent out of shape regarding their civil rights when it comes to monitoring and surveillance. But what is the harm in wearing a mask? Most do, but there is a very vocal minority who won't (mostly Trump supporters who believe him when he says the science is wrong and they don't help). But some of those people will literally shoot you if you ask them to wear a mask.

Seatbelts are meant to save your own life. Masks don't do much for you, they are to protect others. A better analogy might be throwing ones bodily fluids on others. You can't piss on people, or shmear your blood on others. That's dangerous and illegal. Yet you can breath on others and potentially infect them? Of course wearing a mask should be required.
