I am a Head of Manager and Investment Research and Allocation, managing multi-asset portfolios for Endowments, Foundations, and Retirement Plans. As an Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) I manage a team of research analysts and oversee discretionary investment managers. I am a Chair of the Manager Selection Committee and a Member of the Investment Committee, and Endowments and Foundations Steering Committee. I serve on the boards of endowment, educational, and non-profit institutions, providing investment management and portfolio expertise to sustain growth and fulfill investment, education, and mission objectives. As a quantitative equity portfolio manager I managed investment portfolios and developed and provided quantitative equity research, risk management, asset allocation, and multi-asset portfolio construction, including asset allocation, forecasting expected returns and risk. I established a successful track record for systematic, long and long/short equity sector rotation strategies. I developed and built a quantitative ESG low carbon, green technology stock selection and screening process and implemented it in a multi-asset portfolio, utilizing statistical methods, regression analysis, factor modeling, and time series analysis for building and trading investment portfolios. I launched and managed a mutual fund and one of the first long/short active Exchange Traded Funds (ETF).
