Syrah is an ASX listed company which has a very attractive project in Mozambique, close to infrastructure including a port. The grade is very high and the cost of production will be very low. My only remaining question is: why would Tesla buy a more expensive product from Alaska?, and the only reasonable answer I can come up with is that the Syrah product does not meet the specs demanded by Tesla. If anyone can confirm this, please do so.
