Your data seems to be blind to energy efficiency / increases in energy productivity. Where does the much lauded apparent "decoupling" of growth from energy use feature? Given that efficiency is 3 or 4 times more effective than the total transition to renewables, and renewables only appear on one of your slides, is there not a hole in the data for this? How can the UN Paris Agreement of no more than 2degC in GHG emissions be squared with the presumption of limitless growth in fossil fuel use in order to provide GDP growth?
