The journey began in the consulting side and moved onto various RPO and corporate MNC business, where I honed their skills as a recruitment trailblazer. Armed with tools like Greenhouse, Workday, SAP Successfactors, and HR Analytics. I transformed traditional hiring practices into a symphony of data-driven decision-making. With steady communications, I seamlessly forged connections with business leaders, understanding their needs and aspirations to create tailor-made recruitment strategies.
