From 2000 to August 2021, I had been managing Callan's hedge fund research efforts as they relate to asset allocation, manager structure, manager search, and performance evaluation for Callan's fund sponsor clients. Prior to 2000, I worked in Callan's Capital Markets Research group helping its fund sponsor clients with asset allocation, manager structure and other investment research projects. Prior to joining Callan in 1989, I previously worked at the Pacific Stock Exchange (PSE) from 1982 to 1989. Until 1985, I worked on the PSE's options trading floor on the order book staff. Thereafter, as manager of the PSE's securities research department where I was responsible for developing and monitoring new stock, bond, and option listings. In 1987 I earned an MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University. My graduate studies focused on publicly traded securities and capital markets. I received my AB degree in Economics, with a minor in Environmental Studies, from Dartmouth College in 1982.less
