My love for psychology has been with me since I can remember. Someone once told me to look at my bookshelf and it will reveal what I’m most passionate about. In doing so, I realized that I loved psychology, nutrition, fitness, and spirituality. Twenty years later, guess what I still enjoy reading? Yes, that’s correct —these topics continue to excite me and feed my soul. I’m a Clinical Psychologist and the Clinical Director for McDowall Health, but I’ve also invested my time to learn about nutrition, exercise to lead a healthy lifestyle, and grow spiritually.
