Kelly Spector has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Kelly is currently working as the Head of Strategic Planning at Pico since August 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer & Head of Strategy at Alerian from February 2020 to February 2022. Kelly also held various positions at Nasdaq, including Vice President of Index Operations & Governance from September 2018 to January 2020, Vice President of Strategy in Corporate Solutions from May 2016 to August 2018, and Vice President of Strategy in Global Information Services from September 2007 to April 2016. Before joining Nasdaq, Kelly worked as a Director of Corporate Strategy at Nasdaq from 1998 to 2003. Additionally, they gained experience as a Research Associate at Advisory Board in 1998 and as a Senior Paralegal in the Antitrust Division at the U.S. Department of Justice from 1995 to 1997.
