During a banking and finance career of over 40 years, Joe has assisted thousands of small business owners to achieve their dreams in a diverse cross array of industries and ethnicities. As a FINRA registered Investent Advisor, he has now created the Investment Advisory Firm of J Moss and Co to further assist both individuals and small businesses. Joe has served as President, Board Member and Shareholder of multiple Community Banks and Financial Service Companies. He and his wife have also been small business owners themselves risking their own capital in various pursuits. In banking, Joe has been responsible managing the the internal affairs of various fiancial service companies.
