Reda design, implementation, and disclosure of executive and director pay programs; regulatory and technical nuances associated with executive compensation design (e.g., SEC rules, IRC 162(m), 280G and 09A, and FASB/ASC Topic 718); development of contemporary corporate governance policies; emerging trends in all aspects of executive compensation; and expert witness testimony and reports.
