With those insane rates I can assure you the black worker market is HUGE. Economists view all tax changes as static events; they are not. Reduce the social taxes to a sane levels and those black workers will suddenly appear on work rolls; no reason to hide them. Here in Romania I would wage gold bars to US pennies that more than 50% of workers are black for that very reason. Also, corruption is rife all over Europe, especially in those countries discussed.
