For Apple, Growth Exists Beyond IPhones

I don't know if I would agree that there is much Apple's growth that exists beyond iPhones. Their bad quarter was caused by their lack of iPhone sales, and even if their services did well, without iPhone sales, I just don't see how they can really take advantage of Apple Pay or Apple Music doing well. They would really need those wearable devices to take off with iPhone sales in decline.

I agree that gold should be a buy. As the value of the US dollar drops, I think more and more banks and countries will be looking at buying more gold.

This is an interesting article that makes a lot of sense. While the percentage isn't huge, when applied to the cost of buying or selling a house, 0.5% could translate into thousands or tens of thousands of dollars.

Disney is certainly milking the franchise for all its worth. In addition to the items mentioned, they have also released several new books as well as announced several new video games. However, I think that it would be unlikely for Star Wars to surpass Jurassic World's 3-day box office record because the upcoming movie has a December 17th domestic release date. Movies typically do not do as well during the month of December. In fact, the top grossing opening weekend movie in December was the first hobbit movie which only grossed $84 million. Star Wars would have to make over 6 times that to break the record.
