• Lead and participate in financial deal evaluation work-streams through audits, diligence, and separation and integration planning. • Support the Acquisitions and Divestiture operations group for integrations and divestitures across all segments on behalf of the Enterprise. • Prepare, track and report project budget information • Develop, test and populate collection templates of relevant data to support carved out financial documents and diligence for local Management Reporting Companies to enable compilation of financial documents; • Analyze P&L, Balance sheet and other deal information; cataloging and tying out allocations, registers and non-financials measures into the P&L • Work closely with global affiliates to propose audit and diligence adjustments to the financials • Support the establishment of standardized processes and procedures in the A&D Operations Group • Lead future enhancements, next generations and potentially internal model buildless
