Successful entrepreneur in Financial Data and Analytics. For 17 years, Chasen Enterprises created and maintained a library of cashflow waterfall models of MBS and ABS transactions. This library was used by over 100 major banks, broker/dealers, insurance companies, hedge funds and other structured finance investors. In 2006, that business was sold to Markit which I joined as a Managing Director. Since leaving Markit in 2009 I have been active in small business advisory to financial and technology firms. In 2019, I have re-entered the Structured Finance Data and Analytics marketplace with a new business offering that will focus on mortgage CRT transactions.less
