Some are saying Oil will fall to as low as $14/ barrel!

www.talkmarkets.com/.../who-is-behind-the-oil-war-and-how-low-will-the-price-of-crude-go-in-2015

But I still say falling prices are good for America. it gives Americans more spending cash to consume products which will increase demand, which will drive production, which will lead to more jobs. And companies costs of production and delivery of those products will be greatly reduced as well which could lead to hire wages.

Who Is Behind The Oil War, And How Low Will The Price Of Crude Go In 2015?

I've long suspected that the drop in oil was a pretty smart way to hurt Russia for it's recent expansionist and hostile moves, for example its behavior towards Russia. I don't agree that it will hurt the US economy or costs jobs.

On the contrary, it gives Americans more spending cash to consume products which will increase demand, which will drive production, which will lead to more jobs. And companies costs of production and delivery of those products will be greatly reduced as well which could lead to hire wages.

I don't see how the lower gas prices can be bad for America. Can anyone else clarify for me?
