Allan has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry specializing in enterprise and operational risk management, BSA/AML Compliance, SOX Compliance and Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Solutions. . Allan is currently a Managing Principal within Capco’s RISC Services division leading the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Solutions Practice. Allan works with Financial Institutions of all sizes in evaluating, implementing, and optimizing GRC Solutions. Allan helps his clients think through their GRC solution strategies and implementation approaches with an emphasis on the maturity of their risk management and compliance management programs and offering perspectives as to their “GRC Journey”. Allan assists organizations maximize output from GRC solutions, enabling senior management and the Board to make more informed strategic decisions. . Prior to he was a Risk Management and BSA/AML Consultant with ICS Risk Advisors and formally the Risk Practice Director with Idea Integration (a sub. of Adecco Group). Prior to Idea Integration, Allan was a Managing Director within the Risk Transformation Practice at Ernst and Young, LLP. Prior to Ernst and Young, Allan was a Managing Director of Sales and Business Development within BPS’ (Business Propulsion Systems) Governance, Risk and Compliance Technology Solutions Practice. Prior to joining BPS, Allan was a Managing Director in PWC's Advisory Practice in NY where he provided Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) consulting services to clients. Prior to joining PWC, Allan was the founding partner of Operational Risk Enterprise, Inc. (ORE), a boutique Technology Solutions and Management Consulting Company specializing in ERM, ORM and Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance. Prior to founding ORE, Allan was the Deputy Chief Operational Risk Officer (CRO OR) for Deutsche Bank (DB), where he directed the global implementation of the DB Operational Risk (OR) Framework.
