#Covid19

I'm A Coronavirus Heretic. Here's Why...
Barry Glassman 3/18/2020 12:10:37 AM

You are right. It all comes down to testing. The real problem with #COVID19 is not the mortality rate (which is relatively low), nor how contagious it is (very!). It's the 2 week long incubation period. With the flu and other diseases, people know they are sick and are essentially quarantined while sick in bed. With Covid, people feel fine and walk around, attend large events, and spread it around like crazy. If they knew they were sick, they would stay home. Quarantining every one who is healthy helps no one, is damaging to their mental health, and really does hurt the economy.

I'm A Coronavirus Heretic. Here's Why...

I saw the report the UK put out on fighting #COVID19. The whole premise is that creating a herd of people who have already recovered will be immune. But this is based on the flawed assumption that once you are recovered, you are immune. Yet we know for a fact that some people who recovered, got sick again. So this plan can't work.

I also read about the dire report released today that said if we follow this plan in the US, it will overwhelm hospitals and lead to over 1 MILLION DEATHS here. No wonder ammo is sold out everywhere!

I would think that in days of #COVID19, people would be flocking to #gold.

I read China is starting to re-open some factories which should help. Sounds like they are finally starting to get a handle on things over there. Unfortunately, the #Covid19 #coronavirus is just getting started in the US

Still Plenty Of Unknowns Around The Virus
Dick Kaplan 3/5/2020 4:42:16 PM

There is a lot of hope that this virus will simply "burn out" like #SARS did in 2003. That was a result of warmer summer months combined with a turning point where a significant enough percentage of the population who had been infected, had since recovered and become immune.

If people can catch #COVID19 again without developing immunity, we are in some serious trouble. The virus could be here to stay.

Turtle Beach With A Turnaround In 2020?

I think gaming companies are going to go way up as more and more cities are quarantined due to #covid19. What else will people do besides play video games all day! That's exactly what happened in China.
