My name is Jeffrey Derose. and I am the founder of Absolute Growth. I am currently a trader at a hedge fund and have been studying the stock market since I was 16. My father introduced it to me as a kid but I really got into the market when I joined the National Academy of Finance. Although doing well in the program was important, my best lessons came from the books I have read, the research I have done, and actually investing in the markets. When we go on various blogs or subscribe to investment newsletters we are looking for a place where we can get consistent quality ideas in the market that will improve the performance of our portfolios. The problem is that most blogs, newsletters, and websites do more news reporting/sharing and providing biased opinions that are not based on facts and figures but more so on how an individual person feels about a product/company . Absolute Growth is focused on bringing quality investment ideas to the public. The goal is to be consistent and show our readers performance.
