By Timothy D. Naegele[1]
As the enfeebled Joe Biden disappears into the ether, the world's attention is focused on the cascade of talent and new ideas emanating from the Donald Trump-JD Vance administration, even before it assumes power officially on January 20th. For those of us whose careers have been shaped by official Washington[2], there's a "wow" factor that overrides any other adjectives.
Make Canada our 51st state? Greenland and Panama too?[3] Jettison twenty million illegal aliens? Cut a deal with Vladimir Putin, ending the war in Ukraine? Do something similar in the Middle East? Capitalize on China's economic woes by cutting an extensive deal with Xi Jinping? Do the same with North Korea's Kim Jong Un, who has serious health issues? Resolve the drone scare?
Slash government dramatically, sending much of what remains out of Washington, D.C.? Cut crime significantly, which has been destroying America's cities, and making other parts of the country unlivable? Tackle the homeless issue head on, and make real strides in ending it?[4] Keep Trump, Vance and all others safe against those who would seek to cripple or destroy their visions?
It's a tall order, but it is possible with God's guidance and blessings. After all, Donald Trump's life was saved; and he seems more divinely inspired and guided than ever. Reality intrudes and says that dreams are for suckers. But Elon Musk's career alone sings a different and very positive tune. Yes, there are Trump haters, who are vestiges of a bygone era.

Thank you for your comments. I too disagree with respect to a ban on women. As for the FBI, it has been corrupt for decades, dating back to the days of the "cross-dresser" J. Edgar Hoover. Indeed, it is a shining example of the "enemies within." I agree with you regarding Gaetz.
