When Will Pam Bondi Prosecute Arizona's Attorney General?

Leave aside the fact that the third openly-lesbian woman to be elected as a state's Attorney General in American history, Kris Mayes, has made scathing accusations against President Donald Trump.[2]  She has failed to protect a resident of Tempe against elder abuse, which was first reported to her on October 27, 2023, more than 17 months ago.[3]

America's Attorney General Pam Bondi and others should prosecute Mayes and her subordinates to the fullest extent of the laws, for allowing Kelly Hegarty's siblings—Tim Hegarty and Siobhan Hegarty—to conspire to abuse Kelly physically, mentally and financially.  Equally alarming is that a report was issued pursuant to Mayes' directives that blessed and "whitewashed" the siblings' actions.

If the victim of elder abuse was Gay, query whether Mayes and her associates would have given the abusers a similar "pass"?  And given any credence to the report, which is patently shallow and flawed?  Clearly, elder abuse must be punished to the same extent as child abuse.  They are at opposite ends of the human life cycle, and equally deplorable and abhorrent.  Indeed, they are akin to sexual slavery and bondage, which justify the harshest remedies.

She should only prosecute if she wants to prove to everyone that her job is more about politics than actually following the law.
