After a successful college football career at Yale University, Than Merrill played 2 years in the NFL with the Bears and the Bucs. Once his NFL career ended, Than returned to New Haven, CT and started his real estate investment business. He dedicated himself to real estate and founded CT Homes which quickly found success and became nationally known as the stars of A&E’s popular TV show, Flip This House.
