I was a photographer and photo lab operator from 1970 to the late 1980’s and did some photographic consulting until about 2005.
In the late 1980’s I developed a market timing system based primarily on NYSE new lows.
I expressed that system in software which I sold from 1990 through the late 1990’s. During the 1990’s I wrote a daily market commentary for my software customers. The trademark name of the system was MIRAT; it failed in the late 1990’s.
In the middle years of the first decade of this Century I worked for Alpha Investment management developing a seasonal trading trading system for them. Also for a year or so managed a mutual fund they were sponsoring (The Alpha fund).
Shortly after the 2008 -2009 financial debacle I retired.
I have continued to write a weekly technical market assessment that I began in 2002.
