What do you think the outlook is for SLV?

All very overstated in my view and dwarfed by the momentous free market economic reforms happening in many countries there, including Spain, France and Italy. Not to mention that the ECB's stimulus has really worked well. I think the stocks will turn around soon.

It seems like nearly all brick and mortar retailers are in a very tough spot these days. But I think Trump is going to try to help them. Still, it takes a lot of guts to buy their shares now. I prefer ones with a monopoly or near monopoly (BBY) or ones that can provide expertise and have some clear moats and drivers (HD, LOW) or at least a very high degree of customer loyalty (Macy's).

Interesting. What do you think is holding back European stocks? Geopolitical problems? Continued worries about the euro zone breaking up?

I think #Trump is also going to do the right thing with I#ran.. tough economic sanctions.

I agree with the thesis that China will make concessions. But given our large trade deficit with China and the tremendous size of its market, how can those concessions not have a significant impact on the U.S. economy?

You don't think that the concessions by the Chinese strongly indicate that a deal is in the making?

I think he has a definite strategy here that seems to be working. China is making a lot of unprecedented concessions.

China agreed to eliminate rules forcing foreign automakers to partner with Chinese ones! Great for TSLA and GM and maybe Ford! My call is looking better and better.
