Remember when you’d practically have to beg your boss to let you work from home every once in a whole? It’s crazy to think that many managers used to think of this as a luxury when the world nearly changed seemingly overnight. You can chalk up this remote work flexibility due to the global pandemic. Many of us got our first taste of remote work life and aren’t so willing to go back to the office as normal. They are calling it the great resignation in the news media.

Given the rise of the delta variant, the r. variant, and who knows what is next, we won’t all be back in the office - at least at full capacity all at once for now.

It’s time to embrace a new style and function of work - let’s examine the hybrid workplace. A mix of remote work and safe in-office practice seems to be just what the doctor ordered. This method can allow the structure and function of an office workplace but still have more social distancing. It also is a big money saver for the employer side as well.
