Over the last 20+ years, Alicia Damley has built deep expertise in capital markets. She spent 10 years in public accounting helping public and private companies manage and develop their businesses, offering valued advisory and assurance services. Over the last 14+ years, she has leveraged this expertise to help investors meet their return objectives. As a portfolio manager and analyst, she is deploying best practices in portfolio construction, investment analysis and risk management to generate return. Her strong out-performance record underlines these strong capabilities, particularly in navigating through volatile capital markets. She has been broadening these responsibilities to include increasing responsibilities in investor dialogue and new client development. Ms. Damley is a Chartered Accountant (Canada) and CFA charterholder. She also holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. Alicia also serves on a number of Boards including MasterVoices (Chair, Audit Committee), Manhattan Graphics Center (Chair, Finance Committee) and President of her church Parish Council.
