Summary:
The likelihood of a Wave II low for stocks and indices is slowly increasing, but I still don’t have enough confirmation to go long. Even though the market may climb in Wave 5 of (1), chasing it now risks a pullback in the ABC of (2). Once that correction is in place, we’ll be closer to a clear long setup above Wave B.
