Founded by Giovanni Battista Pirelli on January 28, 1872 and headquartered in Milan, Italy, Pirelli & C. SpA (PLLIF) is a consumer tyre company.
It manufactures and markets tires for motor and industrial vehicles, and motorcycles.
It operates as a supplier to brands, such as Aston Martin, Bentley, Ferrari, Porsche, and Maserati, and the sole supplier for Lamborghini, McLaren, and Pagani Automobili.
Three key data points gauge PLLIF or any dividend paying entity, namely:
(1) Price
(2) Dividends
(3) Returns
Those keys also indicate if any company has made, is making, and will make money.
PLLIF Price
Pirelli’s price increased from $5.28 to $7.36 last year per Monday’s market price. No analysts cover the stock to set a one year target.
Historically, however, Pirelli share price grew at a $1.07 average increase per year over the past 3 years.
But price grew by $2.08 last year. Splitting the difference to $1.58 puts a target price at $8.94.
PLLIF Dividends
Pirelli has paid variable annual dividends since June, 2021 It paid a dividend totaling $0.29 for 2025.
And $0.29 is Pirelli’s forward looking dividend amount for 2026.
PLLIF Returns
Putting it all together, a hypothetical $1.87 estimated gross gain per share shows up when adding Pirelli’s annual $0.29 dividend to the history-tempered estimate of $1.58 annual price gain.
A little under $1000 invested at Monday’s $7.36 share price would buy 136 shares which, multiply the $1.87 estimated gross gain to $254.08 for the coming year.
About 15.5% of that $254 gain comes from an annual dividend payout of $39.40.
And that $39.40 dividend from $1k invested is over 5 times greater than Pirelli’s $7.36 single share price.
(The dividend dogcatcher rule is to only buy initial shares of a stock that pay an annual dividend from $1000 invested that is greater than the cost of a single share.)
5.4 is more than 1.
Therefore, you may choose to pounce on PLLIF and its dividend payout of about 5.4 times its share price.
The exact track of Pirelli’s future share price and dividends will entirely be determined by market action and company finances.
Remember, the best way to track stock performance and dividend payments is through direct ownership of company shares.
