Asian markets traded mostly higher on Tuesday, with Japan's Nikkei 225 hitting a record high for the second straight session.
US stock market ended mixed on Monday, with the Nasdaq and the S&P 500 posting record closing highs.

At present, the BSE Sensex is trading 325 points higher, and the NSE Nifty is trading 98 points higher.
Eternal, Bajaj Finance, and Tata Steel are among the top gainers today.
Trent, Axis Bank, and TCS, on the other hand, are among the top losers today.
The BSE Midcap index is trading 0.4% higher, and the BSE Smallcap index is trading 0.2% higher.
Sectoral indices are trading mixed today, with stocks in the services sector and the healthcare sector witnessing selling pressure. Meanwhile, stocks in the oil & gas sector and the power sector witnessed buying.
The rupee is trading at Rs 88.6 against the US dollar.
LTIMindtree Inks Mega Deal Globally
IT solutions provider LTIMindtree Ltd. announced its largest strategic deal to date: a multi-year agreement with a major international media and entertainment company.
The deal strengthens the two companies' long-standing collaboration.
LTIMindtree will assist the client's digital transformation efforts to modernise delivery models and streamline operations as per the terms of this agreement. To improve productivity and service quality, the collaboration will include automation, process optimisation, and vendor consolidation.

Bank of India Q2 Results Soars
According to the bank's provisional financial results of Q2FY26, the state-owned Bank of India (BoI) announced that its global business grew 11.8% year over year to Rs 15,618 bn as of 30 September 2025, from Rs 13,971 bn the previous year.
Global gross advances increased 13.94% to Rs 7,085.8 bn from Rs 6,219.1 bn, while global deposits increased 10.08% year over year to Rs 8,533.01 bn from Rs 7,751.81 bn.
Domestically, deposits rose 8.53% year over year to Rs 7,300.97 bn from Rs 6,727.32 bn during the same time last year.
In the domestic segment, retail term deposits totalled Rs 3,450.26 bn, representing a 14.15% increase from the previous year.
Domestic gross advances climbed 14.62% to Rs 5,967.94 bn from Rs 5,206.53 bn as of September 2024.
HCL Tech Joins MIT for AI Research
To promote cooperative research in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, HCL Technologies Ltd. has partnered with the MIT Media Lab at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
