Should You Invest Or Divest Right Now?

Some people wonder whether this would be a good time to divest from the stock markets considering how crazy the world seems to be. Let me tell you a little secret.

There will never be a better time than right now to invest.

Yes, the world has been acting crazy most of its life, but that is about to change under new American leadership called Joe Biden. The world dodged a bullet with this most recent American election. And the world has to take full advantage of that near-miss and straighten itself out.

Some people would say that we almost deserved to be hit by the bullet considering what we all knew about the man that we had put previously in charge. Maybe Trump should not go to prison, but I think he needs to be under house arrest at his Florida home after January 20.

In effect, Globanomics is coming to the world starting January 20, 2021, the day when the 46th President of the United States is sworn into office. Globanomics is good for the world and it will be good for all the stock markets of the world. With Globanomics waste will be cut and monies previously spent foolishly will be invested on more important things—bringing prosperity and improving essential needs throughout the world.

Universal health care in the United States? Of course, it only makes sense. The monies spent and wasted on an obese private health care insurance industry could be better spent developing new batteries for our automobiles, appliances, etc.

Balance the budget of the United States? Of course, and in three-years after we get done bailing ourselves out of the pandemic. And yes, we need to bail ourselves out of the pandemic. Wake up you (expletive deleted) Republicans because this is probably not the only stimulus bill we will need to get us through until the vaccine program plays its way through.

Speaking of republicans. I know who you are and you are not part of the new Lincoln Party, where the real Republicans reside.  It’s a necessary breakup and the current Republican senators and congressman need to choose right now (today) which side of the party they want to belong to. Just let us know because we are ready to take you on whichever side you choose, knowing, however, that we only plan to work together with those of the new Lincoln Party moving forward.

And that includes you, Senator McConnell. Trump or Lincoln? Which is it? And I don’t want to wait for an answer until the Georgia runoffs take place. I want an answer now! By the way, I forget, what state was Lincoln born in in any way?

Trump, “America first-ism”, is dead and it will never rise again. Globanomics is replacing it. And never in my life have I been this optimistic for the United States and the world.

So back to the original question: “to invest or divest?”

Invest, invest, and invest.

Disclosure: No positions.

While I agree, I think the Republican party has been replaced with the Trump MAGA party. Republicans are either too afraid of Trump to stand up, or worse, believe his crazy lies and are openly supporting him. Too many voters believe these claims as well.

The old Republican Party is going to split into two: (1) the Trump MAGA party; and (2) the new Lincoln Party. And down the road, the Trump MAGA party will go the route of the Whig Party. A number of old Republicans are going to wake up and discover that America was always great.

Trump should be in a dungeon. However, Biden comes from a long line of people who wanted the US to dominate globalization. US arrogance does not end with Trump. The US is still quite capable of international abuse of power. Time will tell.

I am not sure what kind of international abuse of power that you are afraid. War is out and kindness is in with globanomics. Abuse of power is not consistent with globanomics, but as you said, time will tell.

Weren't you a little concerned with how quickly the Democrats fell in line with Trump's trade war against China? The Dems proved their anti free trade bias, too.

Anything is better than Trump.

I wonder how many billions are spent on the elections. Didn't Bloomberg spend something like a billion just himself? Imagine how much good that could do for all the people suffering right now.
