Trade tensions between the United States and the European Union have been escalating since early this year due to the imposition of tariffs on both sides. On July 25, U.S. President Donald Trump met with Jean-Claude Juncker, President of the European Commission, to come to an agreement to end all tariffs on industrial imports.
