In a U.S. market selloff, the strong performance of mostly foreign issues was impressive. Of course, with our own foreign bias, we are looking good. Our global picks are upwardly mobile:

*CTRA, the fold miner, is now a buy with a $1.101 target price; 

*ESTE with a $.939 TP.

*Banco Latino with a $.49 TP; BLX

*ZYME with a new estimate of $.869 up despite it being lower.

*Organon with a new buy rating and a TO of $1.4. OGN.

*Pfizer with a new buy rating and a TP of $2.03 up from $1.97. PFE.

*CIR with a new buy rating and a TP of $1.97 vs $.379.

*And Nutrien with $5.96 up from 5.91 (US). NTR.

*Roche is partnering with AUM to test its non-small cell lung cancer and utrothelian cancer drug. RHHBY.

*Noble Energy NE plans to sell its UK jack-up rigs to support competition and is now as rated buy by Carl Suvran.
