The market was up today, but the PMO didn't move despite being in the oversold range. It is a tough call, but I don't think a new short-term uptrend has started yet.

The market was up today, but the PMO didn't move despite being in the oversold range. It is a tough call, but I don't think a new short-term uptrend has started yet.

The bullish percents ticked a bit higher, but still look pointed lower.

A nice rally today for Junk Bonds.
