Currently, the rate trades rotational and traders seem to lean on the extremes such as the DVAL which is tested for buying. Lower VWAP close levels might be magnetized by intra-day sellers or by buyers to conclude bullish scenarios. The monthly perspective is still under the bearish momentum and tries to initiate buyers around the prior month's buying tail.
