Cyrela Brazil Realty S.A. Empreendimentos e Participações (CYRBY) was founded in 1961 and is headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil.
The company develops and constructs residential properties.
Three key data points gauge CYRBY (or any dividend-paying entity):
(1) Price
(2) Dividends
(3) Returns
Those three keys also indicate if any company has made, is making, and will make money.
CYRBY Price
Cyrela Brazil Realty’s single share price grew over $1.50, or 28%, in the past year, from $5.45 to $6.98 per Monday’s opening market report.
One analyst covers the stock and her one-year target puts CYRBY’s price $1.67 lower.
However, CYRBY’s past five-year price progression from $2.65 to $6.98 shows an average annual gain of about $0.87 as a prediction for the coming year’s returns. I’ll use that number to calculate returns after I discuss CYRBY’s dividends.
CYRBY Dividends
Cyrela Brazil Realty has paid semi-annual dividends since April 2006.
The most recent dividend of $0.49 was paid December 24th, 2025 (to shareholders of record December 15th yielding 14.17% annually (per Monday’s closing market report)
CYRBY Returns
Putting it all together, as of October 26th, a possible Cyrela Brazil Realty gross gain of $1.00 was projected.
To get there, our $0.87 per share calculated annual price gain was added to a $0.23 presumed forward-looking annual dividend to make that $1.00 gross gain.
A little over $1000 invested in CYRBY at Monday’s $6.98 opening price would buy 143.27 shares, which multiply the hypothetical $1.00 gross gain to $143.27 for the coming year, or about 14.33%.
By the way, my dividend dogcatcher rule is to only buy initial shares of a dividend stock that pay an annual dividend (from $1000 invested) that is greater than the cost of one share.
Cyrela Brazil Realty’s projected annual dividend from $1K invested is $141.70, and that annual dividend proves to be over 20 times more than its Monday $6.98 single-share price.
The exact track of Cyrela Brazil Realty SA Empreendimentos e Participações’ future share price and dividend will entirely be determined by market action and company finances.
Remember, the best way to track stock performance and dividend payments is through direct ownership of company shares.
