Stock Analysis: Cyrela Brazil Realty Might Grow By 26.9% In A Year As Dividend Decides

This company was founded in 1961 and is headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil.

Cyrela Brazil Realty develops and constructs residential properties.

Cyrela’s single share price dropped $0.21 or over 3.75% in the past year, from $5.60 to $5.39 per Monday’s opening market report.

One analyst covers the stock and set a $.08 lower price target. However, the average of Cyrela’s past four year price progression from $3.075 to $5.39 shows an average annual gain of about $0.463, which I’ll use as a prediction for the coming year’s returns which must include annual dividends, too.

CYRBY Dividends

Cyrela Realty has paid variable Annual and Semi-Annual dividends since May, 2006. The most recent SA dividend of $0.49 was paid December 24th, 2025 (to shareholders of record December 15th) yielding $0.99 or 18.35% annually (per Monday’s opening market report.)  An April, 2026 dividend was not declared.

Putting it all together, as of September 14th, a possible Cyrela gross gain of $1.45 was projected. 

To get there, our $0.46 per share  annual gain was added to the $0.99 presumed forward looking annual dividend (if paid) to make that $1.45 gross gain. 

A little over $1000 invested in CYRBY at Monday’s $5.39 Opening share price would buy 185.5 shares which multiply the hypothetical $1.45 gross gain to $269.02 for the coming year, or 26.9%.

My dividend dogcatcher rule is to only buy initial shares of a dividend stock that pay an annual dividend (from $1000 invested) that is greater than the cost of one share.

Cyrela Brazil Realty’s  projected annual dividend from $1K invested is $183.50 and that annual dividend proves to be over 34 times more than its recent $5.39 single-share price. That is way too much, especially since we’re working with undeclared dividends for Cyrela.

The exact track of Cyrela’s future share price and dividend will entirely be determined by market action and company finances.
