Crude oil got reversal this month by potential absorption above the monthly swing highs back from several Years ago. API inventories increased to about 3.75 million barrels in the week ended March 11th which pressures additionally. The monthly was heading higher for about four months in the row, giving the lower periodicities a bullish bias.

The hourly found selling around the prior day’s VAH close level and may be retraces the price of the oil back to the DVAL which is confluent with the VWAP for core long buyers to add to their positions, depending on the EIA inventoires later of this session.
