San Francisco-based Unity was founded by David Helgason, Joachim Ante, and Nicholas Francis in 2004 as a technology company to provide multiplatform tools and services and help create and operate interactive 3D and 2D content.

As of late, the underlying goal of IPOs appears to be how to get retailers to pay as much as possible until the lock-up expires. It doesn’t matter if Berkshire invests unless you get a chance to buy at the same price.
