We sat down with AMMO, Inc. management, including CEO Fred Wagenhals, to discuss their company. We asked about the Manitowoc plant, the management, their revenue and business plan, and their plans to split the company into two.

On Nov. 7, Ammo, Inc. canceled the planned split into two separate public companies, a year after it bought Gunbroker.com for a large number of shares. Moreover, a settlement was reached with the former owners of Gunbroker.com for the annual meeting.

Ammo expects to spin off its ammo manufacturing business, leaving its fast-growing gun auction/marketplace business. POWW is cheap at 13.1x forward earnings and less than 4x EV/Adj. EBITDA. Also, the preferred stock yields 8.73%.
