• Oversaw post-merger integrations of several company acquisitions.

Launched a new company (ETF Consulting Group) that was sold to Markit to capture a major opportunity to address the fragmentation of the ETF industry due to the myriad of information available with no central hub or standards.

 

Conceived, designed and executed a number of quantitative data-driven investment strategies. Managed a $5 billion long/short arbitrage portfolio. Actively traded ETFs, equity index futures and options, interest rate derivatives, TRS, and cash equity financing structures.

• Assessed unique data sources to research and develop new strategies. 
• Developed a proprietary pricing model to identify index arbitrage opportunities by trading optimized equity baskets against various broad-based ETFs, and Index Futures.
