prior to joining Wellspring, Rich was Director of Equity and Fixed Income Research for Victory Capital Management from 1994 to 2014. Rich has over 30 years of experience in the investment industry and brings strong expertise in multiple asset classes. During his tenure with VCM, he was responsible for the management of investment activities including the development and evolution of investment strategies. He was also responsible for oversight of the firm's equity and fixed income research processes and ensuring their proper alignment to market conditions.
