Over four decades, I have layered leadership experience at the senior level in multiple privately-held marketplace entities, in non-profit ministry start-ups and movements, and in an independent megachurch in Southern California.
Through those roles, my Kingdom Calling emerged: for the last 30 years, Christian leaders from business and ministry careers have sought my help in finding and refining their personal Calling.
In 1997, my Calling was the basis for the launch of The Master's Program. We prepare Christian leaders to change their world and build God's Kingdom through their irresistible lifestyles and influential works of service. We help them to explore, expose and exploit their Kingdom Calling.
Since the start of The Master's Program, I have personally mentored over 2000 Christian leaders across North America and beyond; today, they are living lives characterized by greater balance, increased margin and enhanced focus as they experience life by God's design.
