Education includes an MBA from the Wharton School-University of Pennsylvania, an MPA in public finance from Indiana University; and a BA in mathematics from Hanover College. As a young man, I served as a nuclear trained officer on a U.S. fleet ballistic missile submarine during the Cold War.

Mathematically-The System Is Rigged
I mean a lot of people's votes don't count because they live in a state that goes different than their wishes. In effect, zeroing out their Presidential vote altogeter.
The end result gives us the situation where a Presidential candidate could win the popular vote by 8 million votes and still lose the election.
