So seems investors should be using the SMCCF as an advisory service. The lists above are amazing, but somehow I feel this is not going to end well. None of the listed funds or bond issues should need to look to the Fed as a buyer.

So what should we do with our cash? In "normal" times we might put it in some type of US Treasury Securities Fund, but seems The Fed has no interest in having investors do that now that they are invested in the stock market as well. If an investor buys AAPL, should they expect a signal from The Fed as when to sell (just joking). Seems The Fed is putting small investors in a bizarre Catch-22.

So much for self-regulation. Is the SEC asleep at the wheel on this one?
