He has assisted or completed over 500 business valuations, over 50 M&A transactions and assisted on over 50 private equity investments in North America. He has qualified as a financial expert in the Ontario Superior Court and assisted in corporate finance raising capital for public entities on the NYSE, TSX, TSX-V and private entities across North America. He has helped management teams buy and sell entities while raising capital for these transactions.
