I am the Chief Medical Officer at Bastion Health. I am also a Doctorpreneur, TEDx Speaker, Podcaster, Transformational Leader, Internist & Pediatrician. I consider myself to be a clinician, educator, leader, and eternal student. I’ve been privileged to carry a variety of experiences with me - from curriculum development as a medical student to launching of a new market for a startup healthcare company, to overseeing clinical strategy, regulations, and implementation of new initiatives at a federally qualified health center. Through my journey, I’ve developed and nurtured high functioning teams, fostered a culture of learning and improvement, taken challenges to problem-solve through innovation and team alignment, and have, at each step, refined and further solidified my own personal philosophy of leadership: a blend of authentic, adaptive, and transformational styles.less
