J. Melville “Mel” Engle, BS, MBA is the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors for Predictive Oncology, a company leveraging artificial intelligence to help develop optimal cancer treatments in a more efficient way. Together with the team at Predictive Oncology, Engle has made it his mission to eliminate cancer by combining the expertise and insights of leading research specialists and artificial intelligence technologies. Prior to his work with Predictive Oncology, Engle served as CEO of Engle Strategic Solutions, a consulting and coaching company focused on C-Suite strategy and leadership. From 2009 to 2012, Engle was also CEO and Chairman of Thermogenesis, a cell separation company. Engle also previously served as the Regional Head/Director of North America at Merck Generics and CEO of Dey Laboratories, a respiratory company; CEO and Chairman of Anika Therapeutics, an orthobiologics company; and CFO and managing director of Allergan, Inc., an eye and skincare company.less
