Markets are bullish overall, and I see (4) reasons why this Double-bottom Reversal is my favorite trade for Tuesday!
Emini and Nasdaq both made BIG MOVES higher last Friday…
Combine that with a recent range breakout, and you have an easy recipe to find lots of winning trades on Tuesday!
E-Mini S&P (ES):
Emini is bullish, but this range reversal tells us to expect sellers to try another leg lower. I’ll be looking for bear traps on the bounce, then a double-bottom reversal back up into the range tomorrow morning.
E-Mini Nasdaq (NQ):
Nasdaq is bearish in the short-term, but still bullish overall. Buyers will be looking for bear traps and double-bottoms to get long tomorrow.
